In terms of the order of the Russian Election Technologies Training Center under the Central Election Commission of Russia, Prime Time Company will study methodology and enforcement practices of the media monitoring in foreign countries.

On October 6-8, 2009 Moscow will host the Second International Forum on Nanotechnologies.
